Carriage of pets in aircraft cabin in economy or business class weighing up to 8kg (together with a soft carry-on bag) in the UAE is only possible with Etihad Airways or Turkish Airlines to Abu Dhabi.
The carriage of pets in aircraft cabin on commercial flights (regular passenger flights) to Dubai is forbidden.

Start in well in advance! For some destinations (Australia) we must apply for permits 6 months prior to transportation, for some other countries: 3-4 months before the travel date.
